During a tumultuous journey, a few barrels of Bordeaux red wine spilled on the deck of a ship. The spilled wine mixed with neighboring salt crystals. Some discerning gourmets from Bordeaux then had the idea of making it their trade. And so was born this unique salt with red wine !
