The cocoa beans are grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers, instead using organic fertilizers and biological pest control. Preparation
Add approximately 25 g of cocoa powder to a 250 ml glass. Stir together with milk warmed to 75°C. Do not brew the cocoa with water. Not using dairy products? Replace milk with plant-based drinks such as soya or almond milk.
Storage conditions
Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature.
