Coming from distant Papua New Guinea, this coffee is a blend of three subspecies of Arabica. It combines Typica, Bourbon and Arousha coffee beans. Grown in 1400-1800 m. height, collected and processed by hand and dried in the sun – these are the conditions in which these exceptional Arabica coffee beans are born.

Papua New Guinea coffee has a sweet aroma of honey and dried fruits that gives an allusion to prunes or raisins, and a subtly tighter ginger aftertaste that makes this coffee pleasantly different. Despite the spicy notes of ginger, it’s a pretty mild coffee you’ll want to enjoy every day.
