For over 100 years in this region, Monograno Felicetti has been crafting the highest quality durum wheat pasta without the use of preservatives or artificial dyes. The key ingredients, aside from the pure, high-altitude mountain air and mountain water, are 100% organic whole grain flours. Founded in 1860, the ancient pasta factory of Antico Pastificio Morelli is a family-run business currently led by the fifth generation of the Morelli family. The company produces a wide range of products using traditional artisanal techniques, without the use of preservatives or artificial dyes. The result is truly healthy pasta with an amazing flavor and rich texture.

The secret behind Morelli’s pasta lies in an ingredient not commonly found in most pasta varieties: wheat semolina, the heart of grains rich in vitamins A and D, and vegetable proteins. Typically, during grain milling, wheat semolina is removed, but at Morelli’s pasta factory, artisanal techniques preserve these wheat semolina.

Over many years of using wheat semolina, this ancient pasta factory has perfected the art of crafting unique and wonderfully flavored pasta that releases a delightful aroma when cooked.
