This green Ceylon Sencha tea is from Takada Green Tea Academy in Sri Lanka. This academy, located in the Neluwa region, next to the Sinharaya Forest Reserve, is a social project that produces Japanese-style green tea. Organic green tea comes to this academy from local farmers whose plantations stretch across the Ceylon Highlands. Fresh air, rocky soil and the famous passage winds coming from the Indian Ocean give this tea a distinctive taste. These plantations, which place great emphasis on the harmony of man and nature, are growing one of the best green teas in Ceylon.

Preparation
Put 1.5 g of tea in a cup and pour 150 – 200 ml of hot water at 80 °. Wait for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!
