Durum wheat pasta Subbiotti Rigati is an original pasta line that includes all the traditions and knowledge. Careful selection of the best Italian durum wheat, precise grinding degree and pure Dolomite spring water. All the pasta figures are cast in bronze molds, a traditional method that results in extremely precise pasta shapes and creates a porous surface that helps attract and hold a variety of sauces. This is what makes eating these noodles the most enjoyable experience.

Cooking Time

It is recommended to cook for 9 minutes. However, as the Italians say – it is better to cook one minute less, it will be tastier. And don’t be afraid to add a little more salt.
