Assam pepper is sure to rock your taste buds.
Assam pepper grows only in the wild, often on steep rocky slopes. Piper mullesua or Hill Pepper is called the long pepper because its fruit, like the long pepper, is made up of many inter-grown plexuses, similar to blackberries. Its appearance resembles blackberries. This pepper grows on a climbing plant about four meters tall with slightly hairy branches and lanceolate leaves.
This is a really unique pepper both in appearance and taste. Can easily melt and tingle the tongue.
