Grown around 1100 m. above sea level, this coffee pulsates with Nicaragua’s southern temperament and the serenity of amazing nature. Collected by hand and dried in the sunshine surrounded by beautiful nature. This harmonious blend of Arabica species combines Arabica, Caturra, Catuai and Bourbon Arabica coffee beans. Nicaragua coffee is smooth, medium-bodied, with a slightly expressed sweetness and easily felt acid. The coffee has light notes of hazelnuts and vanilla, complemented by refreshing notes of petals and citrus. This coffee is meant to be enjoyed slowly.
