In-store pick-up
We will prepare the goods on the same day. We will notify you by e-mail or text message. Items are usually ready within 3 hours after receiving the order.
If you pay for your order instantly, we will expect your arrival within 7 days, if you don’t – within 5 days. After that, the order will be cancelled and the ordered goods will be returned to the shelf.
Cash and bank card payment methods are available for in-store pick-up.
When you pick up your order, please bring:
- Order number;
- If someone else will collect your goods, please specify them as the recipient when placing your order. And if the buyer is a legal person, have a power of attorney.
Pick-up points
DPD
If you have chosen delivery to a DPD Pickup point, you will receive an SMS as soon as the parcel is delivered to the self-service terminal. The SMS will contain the pick-up point PIN that you will use to unlock the pick-up point. In Lithuania, parcels are normally delivered within 1 day of handing over the parcel to a DPD courier. You can track your parcel by entering the parcel number in the “track parcel” section on the DPD website.

OMNIVA
When the parcel is delivered to the pick-up point, the recipient is informed by SMS and email with the door opening code. Parcels are normally delivered within 1-2 days. Parcels are stored in pick-up points for 7 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us. You can track your parcel on the Omniva website by entering the parcel number in the box.
Omniva pick-up point orders are limited to items that meet the size (39 x 38 x 64 cm) and weight (up to 30 kg) restrictions.

Home delivery
When the courier delivers your parcel, please inspect it carefully – the packaging must be intact. If you notice that you have received a product with damaged packaging, you must refuse to accept the parcel and note that you have received the damaged product on the courier’s acceptance and transfer note. Please inform us of any damaged goods delivered by the courier by email [email protected] or by phone +37069044488.
DPD
If you are waiting for a courier, you will receive an SMS on the morning of the delivery day with a 1-hour time interval when your parcel is scheduled for delivery. In Lithuania, parcels are normally delivered within 1 day of handing over the parcel to the DPD courier. You can track your parcel by entering the parcel number in the “track parcel” section on the DPD website.
You can pay in our online store at the time of ordering or when choosing home delivery, you can pay for purchases in cash or by card at the time of parcel delivery. You must order this service additionally by selecting it at the time of ordering.

ZITICITY
Ziticity allows you to choose your own convenient delivery time within 1 hour. Shipments are delivered on the same day or another day of your choice. You can track your shipments by entering the shipment number in your Ziticity account.
You can pay in our online shop at the time of ordering or when choosing home delivery, you can pay in cash or by card at the time of delivery. This service must be booked as an additional option at the time of ordering..
Shipments to Kuršių Nerija are not delivered.
Shipments must not exceed 10 kg limit.
