- Deficiencies of the sold Goods shall be eliminated, defective Goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the CC), Government of the Republic of Lithuania 22 July 2014 by resolution no. 738 approved Retail Rules and the provisions of these Rules.
- An e-mail request to [email protected] is required to return the item.
- Only non-food items are returned, unless the delivered food items are of poor quality or unfit for consumption.
- When the buyer wants to return the goods, the following conditions must be met:
- the product cannot be damaged by the Buyer;
- the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.) (this does not apply if you are returning low-quality goods);
- the returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;
- When returning an item, the Buyer must provide proof of purchase and send a return request to [email protected].
- A Buyer wishing to return an item to the Seller must return an item that meets the requirements set out in Clause 1.4 of the Rules. Otherwise, the Seller has the right to refuse taking the goods.
