{"id":29776,"date":"2021-07-02T15:44:59","date_gmt":"2021-07-02T12:44:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themood.lt\/prekiu-grazinimas-ir-keitimas\/"},"modified":"2021-12-07T16:24:26","modified_gmt":"2021-12-07T14:24:26","slug":"return-of-goods","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/themood.lt\/en\/return-of-goods\/","title":{"rendered":"Return and replace of goods"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ol><li>Deficiencies of the sold Goods shall be eliminated, defective Goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter &#8211; the CC), Government of the Republic of Lithuania 22 July 2014 by resolution no. 738 approved Retail Rules and the provisions of these Rules.<\/li><li>An e-mail request to info@themood.lt is required to return the item. <\/li><li>Only non-food items are returned, unless the delivered food items are of poor quality or unfit for consumption.<\/li><li>When the buyer wants to return the goods, the following conditions must be met:<ol><li>the product cannot be damaged by the Buyer;<\/li><li>the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.) (this does not apply if you are returning low-quality goods);<\/li><li>the returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;<\/li><li>When returning an item, the Buyer must provide proof of purchase and send a return request to info@themood.lt.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>A Buyer wishing to return an item to the Seller must return an item that meets the requirements set out in Clause 1.4 of the Rules.
