These dried hibiscus flowers release all their fruity and acidic flavours in desserts, herbal teas, cocktails or a simple dish of rice. They are carefully harvested by the Berber people in the Bahariya oasis, in the Egyptian white desert.

Hibiscus flowers are delicious infused, either as a hot drink or chilled. They can also be used to add an acidic hint to your fruit crumbles! When infused in a syrup of sugar, their vibrant red color will dress up your rice pudding and cocktails.
